Dear Sir:

As we get ready for the 2011-2012 athletic seasons, I hope you might consider sponsoring a company message that can appear for all home games in the stadium and gym on our message boards.

The cost is only $100.00 this year for displaying your company message on the stadium and main gym message boards and we will also promote your business by announcing all our sponsors during each home contest. Your sponsorship has allowed the athletic department to build softball dugouts, install watering systems on athletic fields, re-crown the stadium field, purchase storage sheds and many other projects here at the school.

Again, thank you for your support in the past and hopefully your support for the upcoming year. Make checks payable to: “Magruder Booster Club” and send to Magruder High School in C/O Karl Heimbach, athletic director.
